Serving Brighton, Howell, Hartland and Pinckney. Residential, commercial and insurance field inspections, delivered in a report built to be understood.
Livingston County has grown differently than almost anywhere else in the region — Brighton in particular has been one of the fastest-growing communities in the state for decades, as buyers looked for lower-density living within commuting distance of Detroit-area jobs. That growth pattern means newer construction overall than Wayne, Genesee, or Macomb County, more properties on private well and septic systems outside the incorporated communities, and a genuinely exurban character — larger lots, more standalone construction, less shared infrastructure than a typical suburban subdivision.
That mostly means newer systems in better shape, but it also means well and septic evaluation matters here in a way it simply doesn't in Oakland or Macomb County, and it means larger properties with more to actually walk and document. Howell and Hartland's mix of established and newer construction is worth knowing the difference on too.
