We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — call 855-600-0465 or email winning@preclosinginspections.com. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Your inspection report is prepared for the named client for the purpose of evaluating the specific property inspected, and is not transferable to other parties or properties without our written consent. Where AI-assisted tools are used to help draft or organize report content, all findings are based on the inspector's actual on-site observations and notes.
